What I learned on my Jamaican vacation...

Just returned from a week @ Riu Ocho Rios in Jamaica. This is what I learned: - I heart rum (OK - I already knew this...)
- I cannot pass up an opportunity to eat mango
- New favorite rum drink: caipirissima
- Floating in water while staring out to sea brings clarity of thought
- Underwater handstand contests can get very competitive
- Lounge chair, iPod and rum drink = happiness trifecta
- New favorite sunscreen: Neutrogena UltraSheer Body Mist
- Laziness heals
- Tanning is still alive and well in some circles (come on, people - even if you aren't afflicted by skin cancer who wants sun damage and premature wrinkles?)
- The more I am told to relax (e.g. "You're in Jamaica! Relax! No problem!) the more uptight I get
- It is better to nap in the afternoon than drink a cup of coffee
- There's never a bad time to do the dance routine from Thriller
- Johnny Cash had a home outside of Montego Bay
- It's possible to tire of sloth-filled days
- I need prescription sunglasses
