Crock pot tales
I've got a tuna casserole in the crock pot. Am thinking about making a pot of tea. The couch is beckoning me. Should I have a cup of coffee or take a nap?

3-5 lb roast (chuck, pot, or any roast) 16 oz jar of pepperoncinis, juice and all (i get pre-sliced) 4 or 5 cloves chopped garlic 1 onion sliced
Put a tsp or two of oil in HOT pan and sear roast on each side till dark brown. Put in crockpot with remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-8 hours. Serve on a hoagie roll with melted Provolone cheese.
